Easy to use (I pop mine in my tea, breakfast oats or smoothies)
Easy to take in (dissolves really well, has a subtle pleasant taste and is said to absorb excellently due to its quality)
Visible results (I got so many complements on my skin and hair while using this product!)

Amazing Product

This is an amazing product, I have been taking i.am.me collagen for a few months now and have noticed a significant change in my skin. Also don’t seem to have as many aches and pains in my joints which is an added bonus - very happy!
